BCIC has systematic and continuous training programme to make optimum use of training facilities available within the country and abroad.

Each enterprise under BCIC has local Apprenticeship training and In-plant Supervisory training programme through which the improved know-how is being continuously passed on down the hierarchy,

Since its inception for many years, BCIC has imparted various types of training in different disciplines to 28110 persons. Of them more than 1446 persons have been sent abroad for advanced training,

In order to cater to the increasing need of training for the personnel engaged in different technical area, the Corporation has set up a Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI) at Ghorasal. Till date a total of 4679 persons both from within and outside the Corporation have been given training in this World Standard institute.

Besides conducting training, the experienced engineers and technologists of TICI render specialised Technical services (at shop and in site) to different organisations of the country. Since inception TICI rendered 360 Nos Technical Services both in BCIC (118 Nos) and Outside (232 Nos) during the last few years.
